Preity Zinta is all set to make a comeback with Bhaiyyaji

Preity Zinta’s upcoming 40 crore movie project is named Bhaiyyaji. She plays the role of a belligerent bandit who mouths choicest expletives. She plays the wife of a goon, played by Sunny Deol. The release of this movie is yet to be announced because, Sunny Deol is yet to dub for his role in this movie. This film also stars Ameesha Patel, Mithoon Chakraborty, Prakash Raj, and Arshad Warsi. It is directed by Neeraj Pathak. 

 

 

Preity Zinta has seen the downside of life and has fought with many bold challenges in her personal and professional life. She was the only one to have stood up against the bullying and threatening of the underworld. She is the no nonsense type of a person in her real life too. She has yet again landed in a controversy for filing a molestation case against her ex-beau, Ness Wadia. Given her bold persona, she has been roped in for her role as a bandit in this movie.

 

She will be speaking in the typical Lucknowi accent and donn a similar style in this movie. She is one of the finest Bollywood Comedienne. With a trademark dimple and a bubbly persona, she has managed to ride against the storm. After facing many challenges in personal and professional life, she has still managed to pull off a different role in this Movie, Bhaiyyaji.

 

Her movie, Ishq in Paris, failed miserably at the box office. It was her debut project in screenwriting and production. Many rumors of her bankruptcy have been doing the rounds much before the mess with Ness. She is one of the original actors in Bollywood, whose performances seems uninfluenced or inspired from any other Bollywood actress. With a degree in Criminal Psychology, she had debuted her acting career in Bollywood with Shah Rukh Khan Starrer, Dil Se. 

 

The movie, Bhaiyyaji is set in the backdrop of Lucknow and we will get to see the cinematic climate and culture set in this city. This 39 year old actress has the blood of a true Punjabi, who is all set to make her come back in Bollywood with a desi tadka. This is the second time two Punjabi actors, Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta will be seen onscreen. Fauzia Arshi who is one of the producers of this film has also composed the music of this film. Like many other upcoming Bollywood films, this movie too has a strong women oriented theme with Preity Zinta in the main lead. It is said the Neeraj was so taken by her bold persona that he has confidently casted her in the main lead without twitching his eye. If Bhaiyyaji doesn’t disappoint the audience, Preity Zinta will surely relaunch her acting career through this movie. Preity Zinta has not been very active post Karan Johar’s movie, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. She has only been doing special appearances, cameos, and item numbers. This actress turned business woman, is going to play a main lead in Bhaiyyaji, unlike her recent films.
